Yes. We offer same day laundry service in Istanbul depending on the season. Between April and October, laundry received before 3 PM will be delivered the same day. Between November and March, laundry received before 2 PM will be delivered the same day. This is why we use professional drying machines to ensure fast service.
For pickup and delivery orders, we currently accept cash payments only due to legal regulations in Turkey. However, we are working on enabling card payments again. Accepted payment methods: Cash: Turkish Lira, Euro, USD, British Pound, Other payment options: Bank transfer, Wise transfer, Credit card payments are currently only available in our store. If you will not be at your hotel during delivery, you can leave the payment at the hotel reception for our team.
